Landlord Safety Certificates

All gas appliances should be serviced and safety checked every twelve months. Landlords, however, are under a legal obligation to have this servicing carried out under the 1998 Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.

DTA are fully qualified to provide the certification necessary to meet these obligations.
